2. Client Responsibilities
By using Faeb’s services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information, assets, and approvals as needed
• Maintain access to your domain, DNS, hosting (if managed externally)
• Ensure that all content provided (text, images, videos, etc.) is copyright-compliant
• Pay invoices on time and communicate any billing concerns promptly

3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified per project or service agreement.

• Late payments may incur interest or result in service suspension.
• Services may be paused or terminated if outstanding dues exceed 15 days.
• All fees are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• For ongoing services (e.g., website management or hosting), automatic renewal may apply unless cancelled.

4. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of all content and data you provide.
• Faeb retains rights to code, scripts, or frameworks developed in-house, unless explicitly transferred.
• On full payment, you are granted a license to use the delivered work for business use.
• Attribution to Faeb (such as a footer link) may be included unless otherwise requested.

5. Service Timelines

• Project timelines will be mutually agreed upon.
• Delays due to client response, third-party tools, or scope changes may affect delivery timelines.
• Rush delivery, if requested, may incur additional charges.

6. Revisions & Maintenance

• Each project includes a limited number of revision rounds (as defined in your agreement).
• Post-delivery maintenance is provided only if included in your plan.
• Additional edits or support may be billed separately.

7. Cancellation & Termination

• Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice.
• In the event of cancellation, fees for work already completed will be due.
• Faeb reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms or misuse of resources.

8. Hosting & Uptime

• If you choose Faeb hosting, we commit to 99% uptime backed by premium infrastructure.
• Scheduled maintenance or third-party outages may cause temporary disruptions.
• Faeb is not responsible for downtime caused by external hosting providers (if unmanaged by Faeb).

9. Data & Privacy

• All data shared with us will be handled securely and only used for service fulfillment.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade client data.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Faeb will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business or data.
