How to raise a support ticket?

Need a website update, content change, or technical support? Raising a support ticket through the Faeb Client Portal is quick, easy, and ensures your request is handled by the right team. This centralized system helps you track progress, avoid back-and-forth emails, and get faster resolutions—whether it’s a minor edit or a critical issue.
Whether it’s requesting a content change, reviewing ongoing work, or downloading past bills, you’re always in the loop with Faeb.
Go to the Tickets Section
Log in to your Faeb Client Portal and navigate to “Tickets” from the left-hand sidebar menu.
Click on "Create Ticket"
Inside the Tickets section, click the “Create Ticket” button to start your request.
Fill in Ticket Details
Enter a clear subject line and provide specific details about your request—such as the page to update, content changes, or the issue you’re facing. You can also upload files or screenshots for clarity.
Save & Track Your Ticket
Click “Save” to submit the ticket. Once submitted, you can monitor its status anytime from the Ticket Dashboard, where you’ll see updates, responses, and completion progress.
